Delete your account

A parent or guardian can delete the account at any time.

In the app

1. Sign in as the parent.
2. Open the menu (top corner) and choose My account.
3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

What is deleted

The parent login, every student login, chat history, study logs and usage for the family. This cannot be undone.

We keep only a small anti-abuse record with no names or chats, so deleted accounts cannot restart free trials. See the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Tutzy.

Cannot get into the app?

Email support@tutzy.app from the email address on the account, and we will delete it for you.
